The situation
A supermarket chain with several branches and no way for a customer to buy without walking in. The competition was not another supermarket — it was the aggregator apps already on every customer's phone, which take a commission on every order and own the customer relationship outright.
What we built
A fully branded ecommerce and delivery app: browse the catalogue, order, and have it delivered. Under the supermarket's own name, so the customer relationship and the margin both stay where they belong.
