Custom Project
Software built for your business — and owned by your business.
Not a licence to something we resell. We design and build the system you need, under your name, and you own what comes out of it — the software, the source, the data.
What we build
Whatever the business actually runs on.
Most of our work is one of four shapes. If yours is none of them, say so — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.
Operations systems
Production, dispatch, inventory, job tracking — the system your floor and your office actually work in, shaped around how you already run.
Customer-facing apps
Ordering, loyalty, delivery, self-service portals — under your branding, on your app-store listing, not ours.
Field and sales tools
Salesman apps, route plans, surveys, secondary-sales capture. Built for one thumb and a weak signal.
Integrations and fixes
Connecting what you already run — Tally, an ERP, a marketplace — or repairing a build somebody else left half-finished.
What you own
The build is yours. All of it.
A lot of software gets sold to small and mid-size companies on terms where the vendor keeps the important parts. We do the opposite, and we put it in the contract rather than in a conversation.
It is the same principle behind everything we build: you should be able to walk away and still have what you paid for.
- The intellectual property is yours. What we build for you is not resold to the business down the road.
- Your branding, your listings. Apps go on the stores under your name, on your developer account.
- Your accounts, your data. The cloud project is in your name and the data never sits inside somebody else’s tenant.
- Another team could take it over. Handover is a deliverable, not a favour — and it is the honest test of whether you really own something.
Going through a security or procurement review? Where your data sits, who can reach it, and what we do not claim.
How we work
You see it working before you commit to it.
The expensive failure in custom software is building the wrong thing correctly. Every step below exists to catch that early, while it is still cheap.
01
Map
We sit with the people doing the work and write down how it actually happens — not how the org chart says it does. Most of what we learn here changes the build.
02
Prototype
You get something clickable before you commit to a build. It is far cheaper to argue with a prototype than with finished software.
03
Build
In short cycles, with something to look at every week. You see it moving; nothing disappears into a six-month black box.
04
Ship and correct
Live, with your people using it, and we stay on it. The first month after go-live is where a system is actually made or lost.
What it costs, and why there is no price list
Work ranges from repairing one broken workflow to building a platform several teams run on, so any number we published would be wrong for most people who read it. Tell us what is not working. We will scope it, tell you what it takes, and say so plainly if the honest answer is that you do not need us.

Not sure this is the one you need?
We do two things. This is one of them.
You are here
Custom Project
You need a system built — something your business runs on that does not exist yet, or exists badly. The output is software you own.
The other one
AI Transformation
Your systems are fine, but the document work is drowning you — quotations, tenders, compliance filings, all checked by one senior person. The output is finished work, checked against your own standard.
AI TransformationTell us what is not working.
Not what software you think you need — what is actually going wrong. The first conversation costs nothing, and we will tell you honestly if you do not need us.
