Everything is built in-house in Tamil Nadu — no subcontracting, no rotating offshore bench. The people who write your code are the people you meet.
We are deliberately small. It is why you get a founder on a call instead of an account manager, and it is the honest reason we take on fewer projects than we could.
We are not a consultancy — we do not hand over a deck and wish you luck with the build. We are not a single-product company either, betting everything on one idea. We are a studio: small, senior, and built to take a real idea from a whiteboard to something people use every day.

Incubation centre
We run an incubation centre at St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering.
Engineering students train on real production systems rather than exercises — internships, mentoring, and hands-on work on software that ships to actual customers. Over 150 engineers trained to date, on the college’s own records.
Why we bother
Two honest reasons. It is how we find and keep good engineers in a region that usually exports them to Bengaluru and Chennai — a good part of our bench came through it. And teaching something forces you to be able to explain it, which has made the way we build clearer than it would otherwise have been.
It also means we are not dependent on hiring senior people away from bigger companies to grow, which is what keeps our rates where they are.
You will work with these people, not a sales team.
