Personalised proposals, in a fifth of the time
What you get
A client asks for a proposal and it goes out the same session, correctly branded, with the numbers right. Change a price or a headline later and every format updates together instead of three files drifting apart. The bottleneck on responding to an opportunity stops being production and goes back to being the thinking.
What it replaces
Rebuilding the same document by hand each time, copying last month's version and forgetting to change a figure, and the quiet drift where the logo is slightly the wrong blue in the deck but not the PDF.
How it works
One source file per document, with the brand applied as a stylesheet rather than a template, and the output produced as a build step. Recurring documents run through a parameterised build that fills every placeholder from data you supply and refuses to produce anything at all if one is still unfilled — so a document with a hole in it cannot reach a client because the deadline was today.
Measured so far
documents produced, 1,048 pages
